1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to z7777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and z7777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") covering your access to and use of the z7777 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services available at z7777.im.
By registering an account on z7777, making a deposit, or using any part of the z7777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use z7777.
These Terms apply to all users of the z7777 platform, including players in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction where z7777 accepts registrations. All transactions on z7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
z7777 operates strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All players are required to verify their identity before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold and in other circumstances determined by z7777's compliance team. Verification documents typically required include:
- A clear copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back
- A recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and registered number)
- In some cases, proof of source of funds may be required for high-value transactions
z7777 may request additional documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or delays to withdrawal processing. All documents are handled in accordance with the z7777 Privacy Policy.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on z7777. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, contact z7777 support immediately to rectify the situation.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information
When registering at z7777, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working mobile phone number. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account closure.
3. Account Rules and Responsibilities
Your z7777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. The following rules apply to all z7777 accounts at all times.
3.1 Account Security
You must keep your z7777 login credentials — including your password and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party, including individuals claiming to be z7777 support staff. z7777 will never ask for your password or OTP code in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact z7777 support. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts.
3.2 Account Currency
All z7777 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are all denominated in PKR. There is no option to operate a z7777 account in a foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction.
3.3 Account Dormancy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or gaming activity for a continuous period of 12 months. z7777 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. If you wish to close your account rather than leave it dormant, please contact z7777 support.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
z7777 processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR using the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Detailed limits and processing times for each method are published on the z7777 Deposit and Withdrawal page.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit at z7777 is Rs 200 (subject to variation by payment method).
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. z7777 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
- z7777 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own network charges, which are beyond z7777's control.
- Deposited funds that have not been used for gaming within 90 days may, after written notice, be subject to dormancy treatment under clause 3.3.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals above the applicable threshold are processed. See clause 2.2 for KYC requirements.
- z7777 processes standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Processing times may be longer outside normal business hours or for high-value requests requiring additional review.
- z7777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its AML obligations. Withdrawal requests may be held pending review if z7777's compliance team identifies unusual transaction patterns.
- Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See clause 5 for full bonus terms.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
z7777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions below.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. z7777 recommends reviewing the wagering requirement carefully before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.
5.2 One Bonus at a Time
z7777 players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active and subject to wagering requirements is not permitted. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus, you may do so by contacting z7777 support — however, any associated bonus balance and generated winnings will be removed from your account.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
z7777 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities considered bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising risk, and any other activity that z7777 determines to be exploitative of its promotional structure. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
5.4 Promotion Availability
z7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are available only to players who are eligible under these Terms and any specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion. z7777 may exclude specific players from specific promotions based on playing patterns, account history, or other factors determined by its promotional team.
6. Gameplay and Fair Play
z7777 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games on the z7777 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are therefore completely random and cannot be influenced by z7777 or any player.
6.1 Game Rules
Each game on the z7777 platform has its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all z7777 slot titles and are based on the theoretical long-term average over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary.
6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, z7777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. z7777 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. 6.3 Disconnection During Games
If your connection to z7777 drops during an active game round, the game will complete based on the information held on z7777's servers at the time of disconnection. The outcome produced by the server will be the official result. z7777 is not responsible for connection drops caused by your device, internet service provider, or local network conditions.
6.4 Bets Once Confirmed
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the z7777 system, it cannot be reversed or modified. Please review your bet selection and stake amount carefully before confirming. z7777 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error except in circumstances where a technical malfunction has been verified.
7. Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z7777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.
- Registering or operating more than one z7777 account, individually or in coordination with others
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information or identity documents
- Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent financial instruments, or funds obtained through illegal activity
- Attempting to exploit game malfunctions, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with z7777 games or the platform interface

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z7777 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any z7777 content without prior written authorisation from z7777.
The z7777 name, logo, and all related branding are proprietary trademarks. You may not use z7777 branding in any public communication, social media content, or commercial context without explicit written consent from z7777.
10. Limitation of Liability
z7777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability, security, and accuracy, z7777 does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or delay at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7777 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use z7777
- Losses resulting from events outside z7777's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God
- Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
- The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any third-party content or services accessible through the z7777 platform
Nothing in these Terms shall limit z7777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by z7777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
z7777 collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering at z7777, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
z7777 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process payments through regulated payment providers, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised z7777 personnel with a legitimate business need.

12. Account Suspension and Termination
12.1 Suspension by z7777
z7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, is the subject of a legal or regulatory investigation, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to z7777 or other players. Where an account is suspended, z7777 will communicate the reason to the registered email address as soon as it is practicable to do so.
12.2 Closure by the Player
You may close your z7777 account at any time by contacting support at support@z7777.im. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification and processing requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure or termination, your licence to use the z7777 platform ceases immediately. Any accrued but unwithdrawn winnings on a properly operated account will be paid out in accordance with these Terms. Winnings on accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
13. Changes to These Terms
z7777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, z7777 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the z7777 platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the changes at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the z7777 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
